These storage units were very clean, the staff (Jackie) was always very helpful and nice. They send out emails in advance to remind you of your up coming rental payment so you don’t forget about it. You have secured access to your unit at all times and can be reassured that your belongings are safe. If we ever need to store anything again we would definitely use them!

Jackie Howard the store manager was wonderful, she had us on a waiting list and within a week she has the perfect size space for us. Process from end to end was flawless, we are very pleased with the service and the person that provided that service. As far as the location and security everything is ideal and again we are very pleased with the facility.

Wonderful customer service. Our personal vehicle broke down towing a U-Haul trailer up from South Florida. Jackie was there for us first thing in the morning to swap out the trailer for a U-Haul truck and auto transport. Thank you for helping us get home safely!

We had a 10x20 unit. The staff was very helpful and would definitely rent again from them if needed! Jackie was always super helpful and friendly.

I was made aware of this facility because my one way U-Haul rental from S. Florida had this as a drop off location. I think I got a free first month but I didn't have the need - but would def be OK with using them for a long term facility as its very secure and prices seemed very fair for a small town market. First off I have to say that the customer service of the store manager there "Jackie" was beyond 5 star. I was coming into town on a Friday evening and they closed at 4PM ( i was getting in at 4:45) so I called ahead and Jackie was beyond accommodating & friendly- she even created a gate code for me to enter after hours (secure facility) so I could drop the equipment off and not be charged more time due to the facility hours of operation. Additionally- the next day (which was late on a weekend) I realized that I had left my SUN-PASS stuck to the window of the truck i had already checked back in- I called and left a message for the store manager hoping the truck had not yet left the facility - Jackie called me back and said she had the pass and I could come pick it up any time. Great customer service makes sometimes difficult transitions in life ....a tiny bit easier - Thanks Jackie!!

Worked perfectly. We used a regular, not the climate control unit, and it was exactly what we needed for our stuff! Super simple process to sign up and they give easy to follow instructions for when you first get there. We’re moving out of state so we had to cancel our unit but that was super simple too! Jackie is super nice and made everything really easy. No hidden fees or surprise charges when leaving either??

I cannot speak high enough of Mrs. Jackie! She was so helpful and kind, and made the process so easy. I would recommend anyone to use Personal Mini Storage!

The Woman at the desk was very helpful! We had an issue with switching what name the u-haul was in, and she was able to guide us through the problem pretty quickly. She was also kind enough to offer me a cold water bottle (I had run out of drinks earlier and she saw me taking a lot of drinks from the water cooler) even though she didn't need to. She explained everything very clearly and made the whole process much smoother.

Jackie has been incredibly helpful in securing my storage unit. I encountered a few issues with gate access and she took the time to follow up with me to make sure I was able to access the unit when I needed to. The unit was clean, accessible and just what I needed. Would highly recommend!

Great place to go if you want a secure and clean storage! The lady that helped me when starting the renting process was amazing and friendly. She explained everything to me and was super knowledgeable!!! If need be i will rent storage from them again without a doubt! Gate code to go in and out of the property was a piece of mind ... so if you're like me and not sure where to store your belongings in the middle of a move or want a place to store some sentimental items this place is it without a doubt! I closed one storage unit and still have another in High Springs. Everything has been good, especially the 24 hour access and the phone app to open the gate. The units are pest free and secure too. What's not to like?

I would like to thank them for their patience and knowledge while answering my many questions, could not have asked for a smoother transition. Jackie is a fantastic help!!! I had called a few weeks ago inquiring about any open units and she put me on a waiting list. I didn’t have to wait long though because she was very responsive and called me as soon as an opening was available. Her customer service definitely can’t be beat and I will definitely be recommending Personal Mini Storage going forward. Very helpful and an all around fantastic human being that even made sure that my code worked before I walked out the door on my first day of move-in. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

Rented a moving truck from this location. Lady was very helpful and also very honest. Not many businesses anymore where you find this type of person working. Great experience. Not sure how the other storage/van rental locations in town are, but I would definitely recommend checking this on out. Can't over emphasize the importance of honest and sincere people.
