This storage facility has been the best that I've ever rented from. I was with them for over 5 years. They only raised my rent twice and by just $10. Unlike other storage facility I rented from I was only there for 3 months and they already wanted to raise my rent and by $40. Personal mini storage at 608 W. Vine St in Kissimmee FL 34741 by far is the best. The Management team there are phenomenal. Thank you for the best 5 years. It was a pleasure doing business with you.

I can't remember the staff's name but she was totally amazing. Friendly and helpful and courteous. Traits that you don't see too often when dealing w the public. Being in c/s field myself for over 30 years you definitely need these type of employees. She definitely deserves a raise. LOL. Just one negative comment I have of the unit itself. I know it can't exactly be helped given its a natural for it being w any storage unit in any state but seeing dead and live bugs and mice droppings made me flinch and say omg get me out of here. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this storage location and it's staff. On my day of vacating a man staff member was walking in and he too seemed 'spot on'. ?

All the wonderful things everyone wrote here about this particular storage facility and it’s management turned out to be true for us as well. We were also in dire need of a safe, clean, reasonably-priced space to store the few items we were able to salvage from our apartment after it was flooded during Hurricane Ian. And we were under a horrible time crunch. I came into their office breathless and desperate, with maybe only 20 minutes left before we had to return our rental van. The Fortys’ kindness, understanding and professionalism had us in and out of there so quickly that we were able to secure our space, load it and return the van almost to the minute. They were a godsend. I mean, literally - God knew our situation and sent us there. Otherwise we would have lost the few material things we had left. Thank you again, Janette and Jose. My husband and I loss everything when our home was hit by Hurricane Ian. When we could return to our apartment, we quickly tried to save whatever we could. Then raced to find a storage unit store these few items. With so many central Florida people affected we found one last storage after office hours but could not get in the gate. I called the storage unit and spoke with manager Janette. She was so professional and helpful. She and Jose could not get to the storage because they were volunteering and helping others during this disaster but came up with a plan to help my husband and I get into the storage unit. Janette and Jose mean the world to my husband and I as they took control of the situation and immediately came up with a plan to help. I had the pleasure of meeting them when closing out my storage unit and had to share our story. If you are looking for a clean storage unit with professional management.
