We used Personal Mini Storage for approximately six months during the selling and purchase process while between homes. Ms. Mary was so kind and helpful. Attentive to our needs and helped to relieve the stress and worries of our personal belongs being safe. Would highly recommend this facility if you are in need of storage. While we hope to not have the need for storage again, if we do we would certainly used a personal mini storage.

Recently rented a unit from personal mini of Orange City to help transition an out of town move. Originally I was concerned about the two month layover i had in between houses. A friend recommended Personal Mini to me and they were helpful throughout the entire process. I dealt with Mary who helped me with both Uhaul transportation for furniture and securing the storage unit itself. Mary was very pleasant and helpful in determining the type of truck and unit needed at an affordable price. The Uhaul had no issues and the storage unit was clean and secure.I would recommend personal mini of orange city and Mary to anyone looking for Uhaul transportation or self storage.

Happy to share at this date and time that my experience with Personal Mini Storage is pleasant, and has been since day 1. Myself and family are treated with respect and care. We exchange smiles, kind words and friendly conversation. Our personal belongings are safe as we have lock and key from Personal Mini Storage. We are shared how to best keep belongings, and unit clean as to not invite unexpected insects. Management keeps contact with us and is always friendly and respectful. Today, we happily give them 5 Stars for outstanding customer service.
