Came by to help a friend and met the manager: Doug Gertzen. I asked a few questions for another friend and he made her move so much smoother. So here I am getting my own space because it was that easy. Friendly, kind, and knowledgeable service. Oh annd amazingly clean facility. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area. ??????????

I rented a 10 by 10 unit and surprisingly it filled up very fast but when I tried to store a couple of 10 feet plank board they would not fit it seems the unit is almost 9 by about 10. I do understand price increases and the need for them tho the new fees for the same service of renting a space do seem a bit much then the 24/7 access that has always been my key point in choosing this place now there seems to be a fee for that as well..so my 130 dollar plus unit in real money is like 180 plus near about..

I just rented my second storage unit at Personal Mini Storage. The facility is always kept in immaculate condition. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Doug even gave me a complimentary lock today since this was the second unit I am renting. I would recommend this facility without reservation to anyone looking to rent a storage unit.

Ask For Doug He is Amazing to work with, Friendly and Fun! I love using this storage facility for our business. We originally started out with one (1) unit and as our business grew, we had to get more units. Doug is the sales rep for Palm Bay and was more than accommodating, helping us to eventually get 4 units at great rate, and keeping us posted as to when available units would be open that were near to each other. You could not ask for a better place to help make your business grow. Not only is this place priced well. The customer service is outstanding, when I have drivers (quite frequently freight liners) Doug assists us by letting our drivers know, were on the way and communicating with our drivers. I showed up with my moving truck shortly before closing time but Doug helped me register quickly and provided me with a storage room that was nice and clean.

We had issues with our U-Haul rental so we went and talked to the customer service guy Doug. He was very helpful, and humorous at the same time, it made it a better experience renting a U-Haul when you deal with someone like Doug. Stored there for 5 years. Except for rodent droppings on occasion in the inside ac units it was kept clean. It’s a storage facility, doors open all the time, so impossible to keep it rodent free 100% of the time.

Fantastic customer service. Moving is stressful enough, and they went above and beyond to make it as stress free as possible.

I've had my unit since 2017 and i have never had any issues. The staff is great, friendly, and helpful. I would recommend them all day long.

The ups are that it is on the outskirts of town so it's never crowded and most of the units you drive right up to the door of your rental. The staff on-site are good ppl and work with you on most stuff. It's also pretty new so the building material isn't all breaking down and dusting all over your items. One down is it got bought up by a huge corporate franchise and is now based out of Orlando so your calls get routed there a lot and the staff hands are ties on what they are even allowed to do as in blanket rules that apply to everyone even if your a long term perfect Tennant because now your a number not a person that they have had time to get to know.
