Danny and Sarah…the managers at this location are fantastic to work with. They are very thorough, kind and take the time to answer any and all questions. Although there are other local choices for U-Haul rentals, we always go back to them. Recently, my wife left her wallet in a vehicle and Sarah called after hours to say that they found it, and then agreed to meet us so we could get it back. Truly above and beyond. As long as we live in this area, they are our go to business, at least for truck rentals. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

This place is superior to any and all. Very good service and always have a comfortable atmosphere.

Nice, well kept facility. Rented a storage unit here for about a year and never had any issues. Very secure and easy to access the unit with the individual security code they give you. They also do U-haul rentals and sell all moving supplies you would need. Thank Personal Mini Storage!

Great service and very professional. I booked online and received a call the evening prior to let me know the truck would be ready early the next day. I was even asked if I really needed 2 dozen furniture pads . . . .which was correct as I only used a few of the blankets. On return of truck, it was an easy check-in process and the service was friendly and professional. I would definitely rent from Personal Mini Storage again. Thank you for a great experience.

The personal mini storage off Colonial Dr in Winter Garden is amazing. Even when they changed ownership I never received less from the new management. They are always warm and friendly ever time I call or pay on my unit. I have had many storage units but they by far have been the best. They have always had the best rates. But price means nothing if the service sucks. I would recommend this location to anyone in the Winter Garden areas
